Book a consultation with our provider today to see if you are a candidate for our program and what options would be available for you. Consultation is required and lab work is necessary. If lab work was completed within the last 6 months, it will be requested you bring them to your initial appointment. Additional lab work may be requested and it can be drawn in clinic or off site. We do not take insurance so if you would rather your insurance pays for your lab work, you can go to the nearest lab to have them drawn. Should it not be covered, you are responsible for all costs. Our clinic provides lab work and is included in your first initial visit.

Our program is affordable without insurance and our prices are transparent and cost effective. We offer compounded Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. Unless you have the appropriate diagnosis by your PCP, insurance would not cover these medications. Should you want financing options, we do take Care Credit and Cherry financing. They both offer an array of flexible options and give you low monthly payments.

Compounded Semaglutide/Tirzepatide

Semaglutide/tirzepatide are FDA-approved medications that supports chronic weight management in adults with obesity or those with weight-related conditions and health risks, such as Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol levels. Semaglutide is a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist that’s similar to incretin, a naturally-occurring hormone that controls your appetite. On average, patients have seen to successfully lose 15-20 pounds per cycle, which is a 3-month period.

Semaglutide is a weekly injection and is increased gradually. Supplement may be added into the program to help boost weight loss. Semaglutide is beneficial to those with Type 2 diabetes as with Type 2 diabetes, the pancreas is not producing enough insulin to maintain normal glucose levels. Semaglutide helps the pancreas produce more insulin when needed which then regulates blood glucose levels.

Tirzepatide is a glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptor and a GLP-1 receptor agonist. It is also a weekly injection medication. Tirzepatide has been shown to provide better weight loss results than even Semaglutide. GIP has been shown to help the body break down sugar and fat. It is also known to have fewer side effects when compared to semaglutide.

GLP-1 agonists help to regulate both insulin and glucagon to avoid unpredictable insulin and increased blood glucose levels that could lead to insulin resistance and obesity. GLP-1 agonist also delays the gastric emptying of your stomach. Semaglutide helps control your appetite and prevent hunger pains. It will make you feel fuller faster and for a longer period of time.

Glycine is compounded with the Tirzepatide. Glycine has been studied to be a crucial amino acid that is instrumental in preserving muscle mass and promoting overall health.

Side Effects

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, upset stomach, tiredness, dizziness, or constipation may occur. Some may also experience different skin irritations and sensitivity. Nausea usually decreases with extended use. If any of these effects last longer or get worse, titration of the dose would be needed. Semaglutide is based on tolerance. Those who increases their dose too quickly puts themselves at risk for acute pancreatitis. Daily fiber and B-complex helps prevent constipation and nausea.

How?

Semaglutide/Tirzepatide is injected once a week subcutaneously. It is recommended to rotate injection sites each week. Intermittent fasting is not recommended. You must eat at least every 4-5 hours and make sure to increase your water intake. They both slows down the gastric emptying which will make you feel fuller faster. Exercise regularly. There are no restrictions. Avoid alcohol because they will make you nauseous.
