FAQs: FAQ
Do you have a cancellation policy?
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Life happens and last minute events can occur. If you have to cancel right before your appointment, we ask that you call us to reschedule to avoid the cancellation fee. If you're going to be late, please be courteous to our staff and call to let us know.
Booking will now require a credit card to be placed on file.
Do you take walk-ins?
We do take walk-ins, however, if it is a service that requires a consultation and we find that we are unable to complete the service on the same day, please be aware that we will ask to schedule another day for treatment. You can always call or message to discuss any consultation requirements. Some of our services are a medical procedure. Not all services, such as injections, can be done the same day without a consultation and the possibility of scheduling the procedure for another day.
Do you have financing options?

Both require a quick application and you can get as little as 0% APR. You can apply for Cherry through our website or our Instagram page through our Linktree link. What do I need to avoid prior to my tox/filler appointment?
Please avoid 2-3 days prior alcohol, blood-thinning medications (aspirin, coumadin, plavix, xarelto), ibuprofen, motrin, aleeve, gingko, vitamin E, and any other herbal remedies that may cause bleeding

How long do results last for neurotoxins/fillers?
Neurotoxin varies from person to person, depending on how fast your body metabolizes and how active you are. Botox can last 2-3 months. Our providers will recommend how much botox is needed in order to get the results you're looking for. Going against our recommendation and only wanting a small amount can affect how long results last and might not give the results you're wanting.
Fillers can last 6 months-2 years depending on the area treated and how your body metabolizes. Different areas of the face requires more than 1 syringe. Each face is different and each area is different.
I have acne scars. What's the best treatment for me?
We recommend microneedling or a chemical peel. Microneedling doesn't require much downtime, whereas chemical peels require 3-4 days of downtime. Microneedling requires numbing and chemical peels may cause a slight discomfort during the service.
I just want to make a quick appointment for botox, why do I need a consultation?
With all of our aesthetic services/procedures, there are risks and not everyone is qualified for every service. It's a free consultation and we would discuss the plan for the outcome you're wanting and the results you're looking for. If we can't guarantee you results with one service, we'll discuss alternative options.
I want to book multiple services but it won't let me.
If you're trying to book a facial and waxing or waxing and tinting in the same visit, just book the main service you're wanting and leave us a message on the site and we'll add it on to the service that day. We'll either call or message you back to confirm the services you're wanting to book.
What is your return policy on the skin care products?
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges.
Are your providers qualified?
All of our providers at Redefyne are certified and professionally trained in the services we provide.
